The students of cm2 have learned a lot about food around the world and the kitchen utensils.
They decided with their teacher, Mrs Maria, to make one of the world’s most famous rice dishes

Traditionally, Paella is prepared in a Paellera (a wide, shallow pan with looped handles)
Take note of the ingredients (serves 8):
3 medium tomatoes-1whole garlic-1 red pepper 2green peppers (capsicum) -100g of white beans
100g of green beans-1 whole chicken
8 pieces of prawns-8 pieces of mussels
2 squid tubes -2 - 3 Cups of Spanish rice
Saffron- salt- paprika- rosemary.
Olive oil-water.
